Through our initiative, Project Break the Cycle, we provide immediate support to individuals and families escaping unsafe and unstable environments, including food, clothing, emergency assistance, and access to critical resources that help create a path toward long-term safety and independence. We also operate a Free Community Store in Mentor, where individuals and families can access clothing, household items, and essential necessities at no cost. This resource allows us to meet urgent needs with dignity while supporting families as they rebuild their lives. A Concord Township man died early Saturday morning after a motorcycle crash in Mentor. The man was driving east on Jordan Drive at about 1:30 a.m. when he went off the side of the road, struck a ditch and was thrown from the bike, Mentor Police Sgt. Mike Kloski said. The man, whose name has not been released, was wearing a helmet at the time. Mentor firefighters took him to TriPoint Medical Center where he passed away. He was 31 years old. Mentor Police are still investigating the crash.
