ZIVANCHEV FOR 7539 LITTLE MOUNTAIN ROAD, PP16-A-017-D-00-057, 058-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01 (d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for an addition (44-ft. x 58-ft.) at a five (5)-ft. side yard setback from the property line in lieu of the requirement that the side yard setback be at least 15-ft. in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.
