Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Board of Building & Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing for Variance on October 13, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor.

MICHAEL J. ZIVANCHEV FOR 7539 LITTLE MOUNTAIN ROAD, PP16-A-017-D-00-057, 058-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01 (d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for an addition (44-ft. x 58-ft.) at a five (5)-ft. side yard setback from the property line in lieu of the requirement that the side yard setback be at least 15-ft. in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.

JESSICA RUFF & MCDOWELL HOMES REAL ESTATE SERVICE FOR 7230 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-A-001-0-00-019-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1171.18(d)(2) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a 58.33-sq. ft. ground sign with a width of 10-ft. in lieu of the requirement that the ground sign area shall not exceed 40-sq. ft. and the width of the sign shall not exceed 5-ft. in the B-2 General Business District.

DAN AND MELISSA GUTOWITZ FOR 7955 BRENTWOOD ROAD, PP16-A-002-C-00-048-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(d) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for a house addition with a 49-ft. front setback in lieu of the requirement that the front setback shall be at least 60-ft. in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.
