PIPER FOR 6134 HEADLANDS ROAD, PP16-D-117-A-00-007-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.04(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a new home with a six (6)-ft. side setback from Corduroy Road in lieu of the required 35-ft. for corner lots in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.

MATTHEW & KRISTINA HICKMAN FOR 7165 ALLENDALE DRIVE, PP16-C-068-B-00-082-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.04(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a house addition with a nine (9)-ft. side setback from Haverford Boulevard in lieu of the required 35-ft. setback for corner lots in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.
