MENTOR MUNICIPAL BOARD OF BUILDING AND ZONING APPEALS

SME & TWENTY LAKE HOLDINGS FOR 7085 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-028–00-011-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1165.02(a) (2) and (3) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a four (4)-ft. chain link fence within the front setback in lieu of the requirement that fences in the front setback shall not exceed three (3) feet in height and chain link fences shall not be permitted within a front or side setback abutting streets in the B-2 General Business District and the M-1 Light Manufacturing District.
