PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 15, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

A Child Day Care at 9055 Mentor Avenue, PP16-B-053-B-00-067,068,069,070-0 in the B-2 General Business District by Mentor Child Care Academy, LLC. & Golden Palace Restaurant, Inc.

Outdoor Dining and/or Drinking at 7485 Mentor Avenue, PP16-B-031-A-00-027-0 in the B-2 General Business District by TJ’s on the Avenue.
