PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on January 21, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW OUTSIDE DINING AND/OR DRINKING AT 7720 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-A-003-0-00-018-0 IN THE B-2 GENERAL BUSINESS DISTRICT BY THOMAS ENGLISH REAL ESTATE & MENTOR BNK INVESTORS, LLC.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW OUTSIDE DINING AND/OR DRINKING AT 8200 NORTON PARKWAY, PP16-A-009-0-00-024-0 IN THE C-1 CONSERVATION DISTRICT BY 8200 NORTON LLC. & NOAH MENTOR TRUST.
