PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 12, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

A HOME OCCUPATION (BAKERY) AT 17 MEADOWLAWN DRIVE UNIT 1, PP16-A-018-K-00-005-0 in the R-10 Multi-Family District by Cloud Nine Confections.

A TRADE SCHOOL AT 8980 TYLER BOULEVARD, PP16-B-059-0-00-026-0 in the M-2 Heavy Manufacturing District by Fredon Corporation and MECC Properties, LLC.
