Children (entering first through sixth grade) along with their adults can discover what life was like in medieval times. They’ll learn how to joust and enjoy a benighted bite at their banquet table. The program begins at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 24. It will be outside on our Main Lawn and is dependent on good weather.
Registration is required for this program. You can sign up online or by calling us at (440) 255-8811 ext. 221.

While you’re at the library, don’t forget to sign up for Summer Reading! This year’s theme is Imagine Your Story and we’re hosting programs all summer long about fairy tales, myths and magic.
Kids, teens and adults can all win spectacular prizes for reading this summer. Kids (those entering sixth grade or younger) can earn a raffle ticket for every hour they read or are read to. The more they read, the better chance they have to win one of the library’s prizes.
Kids who read at least 20 hours during Summer Reading will also earn a golden ticket and a chance to win a $50 gift card to Target.
Meanwhile, teens (those entering seventh grade and older) and adults can earn raffle tickets two ways. First, they can earn a ticket for each book they read. Next, they can earn up to 10 bonus tickets by completing different challenges. Each ticket means a better chance of winning.
