Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on August 20, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW AN AUTOMOBILE AND TRUCK SERVICE FACILITY AT 7321 BURRIDGE AVENUE, PP16-B-049-0-00-029-0 in the B-2 General Business District by James Alex Moravitz for Jim’s Discount Car and Truck Care Center, LLC.

CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A CHURCH AT 7272 ADKINS ROAD, PP16-C-067-H-00-005,006,007,008-0 and 16-C-067-A-00-007,009-0 in the R-4 Single Family Residential District by Grace Church of Mentor Ohio.
