Mentor Ranked 2nd 'Most Caring' In US by Kleenex
According to the "Kleenex Care Index," residents of Mentor are extremely willing to extend a gesture of care.

MENTOR, OH — Mentor has been ranked the "second most caring city in the United States," by tissue company Kleenex.
The company told Patch that Mentor residents earned their ranking by participating heavily in the company's Care Pack program, which allows customers to send a free, personalized sample of Kleenex tissue to someone in need of caring. In other, highly scientific words, they score highly on the "Kleenex Care Index."
The Care Pack program was launched in January, and since then hundreds of thousands of free tissues have been sent in the United States.

"Since then, more than 200,000 Care Packs have been sent to loved ones nationwide, with Mentor ranking No. 2!" a Kleenex spokeswoman told Patch in an email.
Mentor, a town of nearly 47,000 have ranked No. 2. The only place to send more care packs? New York City, with its population of 8.4 million. Irwin, Pennsylvania, Erie, Pennsylvania, and O’Fallon, Mississippi rounded out the top five.
