Mentor Recreation To Offer Limited Fall Classes

To ensure the safety of participants, class sizes have been reduced and social distancing protocols have been implemented.

It should come as no surprise that the COVID-19 pandemic has reduced the programs and events normally offered by our Recreation department during the fall season. As a result, a Fall Recreation Guide will not be mailed to our residents this year.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including a regular exercise routine, is important for both the physical and mental well-being for persons of any age. A limited selection of programs will be available, including;

  • Tai Chi for Health
  • Tai Chi for Arthritis
  • Fencing
  • Cardio Kick Boxing
  • Body Sculpting by Exterior Designs
  • Phenomenal Abdominals®
  • Preschool Ballet
  • Itty Bitty Ballet
  • Move and Groove with Me
