Mentor's Veterans Day Memorial To Be Held At 11:11 A.M.
In honor of Armistice Day, the city will honor its veterans starting at 11:11 a.m on Nov. 11.
MENTOR, OH — In honor of both Veterans Day and Armistice Day, Mentor's Veterans Day ceremony will be held at 11:11 a.m. at the city's Veterans Memorial.
"We thank all veterans for their commitment to our nation and we ask all to come together in honoring their efforts to preserve our way of life by celebrating Veterans Day with us," the city said.
The Veterans Memorial is at the corner of Center Street and Civic Center Boulevard, adjacent to Mentor Senior Center. If it rains, the event will be moved inside the Senior Center.
