PUBLIC HEARING MUNICIPAL PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

A Medical Office as a Similar use at 7326 Industrial Park Boulevard, PP16-B-029-E-00-004-0 in the M-1 Light Manufacturing/MIP Industrial Park Districts by Optima Dermatology & Industrial Park BLVD Limited.

A Commercial Recreational Facility (Karate & Fitness Studio) at 9107 Mentor Avenue, PP16-B-053-B-00-001,002,003-0 in the B-2 General Business District by Wilson’s Karate and Fitness & Jordan Jeffrey & Ziad Ibrahim.
