Notice is hereby given that the Mentor Municipal Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on September 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Mentor Municipal Center, 8500 Civic Center Boulevard, Mentor, to consider the issuing of a Conditional Use Permit in accordance with Section 1135.03 of Mentor’s Code of Ordinances to allow:

A DRIVE-THRU FACILITY (STARBUCKS) AT 7715 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-031-B-00-015-0 in the B-2 General Business District by 7721 Mentor Avenue, LLC.

OUTSIDE DINING AND/OR DRINKING (STARBUCKS) AT 7715 MENTOR AVENUE, PP16-B-031-B-00-015-0 in the B-2 General Business District by 7721 Mentor Avenue, LLC.
