LAKE CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL & THE CLEVELAND CATHOLIC DIOCESE FOR 6733 REYNOLDS ROAD, PP16-C-076-0-00-004-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1171.20 (d)(1) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for a second ground sign with an area of 96 sq. ft. and a width of 24 ft. in lieu of the requirements that one ground sign is permitted per property with a maximum area of 15 sq. ft. and a maximum width of four (4) feet in the R-4 Single Family Residential District.

TIMOTHY W. NESS FOR 6249 DAWSON BOULEVARD, PP16-C-081-G-00-017-0 requesting an administrative appeal under Sec. 1131.04(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances appealing the issuance of a Stop Work Order for fence permit # FENR-7-20-43600 that blocks access to a dedicated public right-of-way in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.

KENNETH & DEBORAH WERNER FOR 6655 PEAR TREE LANE, PP16-C-076-H-00-052-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01(b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow for a 279-sq. ft. addition at a 48-ft. rear setback in lieu of the code requirement that the rear setback shall be at least 50-ft. in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.
