Quaker Steak & Lube in Mentor Fuels Up Lube Nation with New Fall Flavors
Award-Winning Family Casual-Dining Franchise Introduces New Menu and Limited Time Only Line-up

The Award-Winning family casual-dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube®, known for its Best Wings USA and more than 20 sauces, announced it is fueling up for fall with the launch of its new seasonal menu and Limited Time Only offerings. Beginning today, Lubies can enjoy a variety of motored-up American Classics and new mouth watering specials at Quaker Steak & Lube® locations nationwide.
“Just in time for fall, we’re excited to introduce bold new flavors and items including our newest sauce, Geared-Up Garlic Parm, a flavor our fans have been asking for,” said Lance Matthews, Corporate Chef at Quaker Steak & Lube®.
Geared-Up Garlic Parm is being introduced due to popular demand from guests of The Lube®. The sauce is a buttery blend of bold garlic, sharp Parmesan and a hint of heat. Available on the restaurant’s bone-in breaded boneless or grilled wings. Geared-Up Garlic Parm sauce is also featured on its new Geared-Up Garlic Parm fries.

The new fall menu also brings Quaker Steak & Lube’s® middle name, “Steak”, back into the forefront of the Lube’s offerings. Half-pound Steakburgers and USDA choice sirloin and ribeye take center stage in the menu along with four new Suped-up Steak Sandwiches ranging from the classic Philly style to the bold new “Burnin’ Thai ‘R’ steak sandwich which features tender shaved sirloin, sauteed red peppers, mushrooms and onions sauced with Thai ‘R’ Cracker® and topped with cheesy sauce, bacon and fried jalapeno “hub caps”.
For those seeking lighter options, new specialty salads and pan-seared blackened cod have been added. Entrée size Caesar and Garage house made salads may be topped with grilled chicken tenders or juicy sliced top sirloin. Additionally, guests may now choose to add a smaller sized version of these salads to any entrée. Pan-seared blackened cod makes its menu debut as both a sandwich on a brioche bun and as an entrée served with two side items.

In addition to the new fall menu, guests will have the opportunity to savor several Limited Time Only menu offerings great for game day or any day of the week. Guests achin’ for bacon can satisfy their longing with the Feel Like Bacon Love Triple QBurger, the winner of an employee driven create-a-burger contest that was held earlier this year. This towering three-quarter-pound burger bonanza is stacked with house-made Thai ‘R’ Cracker® bacon glaze, jalapeno peppers, American cheese, and bacon. In addition to this beefy behemoth, guests can also try the new Arizona Ranch® Chicken dip, featuring the chain’s signature sauce, Fully Loaded Lube Chips piled high with pulled pork, white queso, Pico de Gallo, Cheddar-Jack cheese and bacon, and can finish their meal on a sweet note with the new Fried Candy Bar Sundae.
The new fall menu and limited time only items are inspired by the brand’s new corporate chef, Lance Matthews, who brings more than 25 years of culinary experience in the restaurant industry. Matthews, who joined The Lube® in April, has worked at notable properties including Hotel Del Coronado, Sheraton Torrey Pines and Pechanga Resort and Casino. Upon finishing culinary school, he proudly served in the U.S. Navy and resumed his culinary career upon his return.
