Johnnycake Ridge Rd. –St. Gabriel together with Altercare of Mentor is offering
a Health & Wellness Fair Sunday,
March 9th 10:30am-1pm in the Multipurpose Room. Providers from our community will be there to
assist you on your journey to Health & Wellness. This is a perfect opportunity for those with
aging loved ones to gather information to help them move more smoothly through
life's transitions. Heart health, bone
density, memory and spinal alignment screenings will be offered by Lake Health,
Cleveland Clinic, Kemper House and Morris Chiropractic. These numbers will assess
your current health status and provide direction on steps you can take to
improve or maintain it. Hands on
Physical Therapy, Magnifiers & More, Rich Plona, and a Patient Navigator
from Carmella Rose will help access the care or supplies needed to achieve
optimal health. Senior Independence,
Visiting Angels, Hospice of the Western Reserve and Lake County Council on
Aging will be available to help the community learn more about their services. Susan
Richlak and Brunner Sanden Deitrick Funeral Home will be on site to assist with
planning for aging and end of life plans, such as a living will, medical and
financial powers of attorney and, preplanned funerals. We invite the community to join us for this
