St. Gabriel Hosts Health & Wellness Fair

CONCORD TWP, Ohio (February 25, 2015) 9925 Johnnycake Ridge Rd. –St. Gabriel together with Altercare of Mentor is offering a Health & Wellness Fair Sunday, March 8th 8:30 AM-1pm in the Multipurpose Room of St. Gabriel. Providers from our community will be there to assist you on your journey to Health & Wellness. Elite Sports Performance, Second Sole, Shakelee, and Juice Plus will be sharing the latest in exercise, athletic shoes, and healthy living. In addition to information and assessments for you, this is a perfect opportunity for those with aging loved ones to gather information to help them move more smoothly through life’s transitions. Wonderful door prizes valued at $50 will be raffled off! Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, Bone density, Memory and Spinal Alignment screenings will be offered by Lake Health, Kemper House, and Morris Chiropractic. These numbers will assess your current health status and provide direction on steps you can take to improve or maintain it. Best Solutions Home Medical Supplies, Eastside Hearing Aid Center, and Affordable Step in Shower will help access the care or supplies needed to achieve optimal health. Visiting Angels, Arthritis Foundation, Hospice of Western Reserve will be available to help the community learn more about their services. Susan Richlak , Catholic Cemeteries, and Faithful Legacy will be on site to assist with planning for aging and end of life plans, such as a living will, medical and financial powers of attorney and, preplanned funerals.
