During construction, Dartmoor and Stockbridge Roads will be closed to through traffic (local traffic will be maintained). On Mentor Avenue, east bound traffic will be confined to the curb lane and both west bound lanes will remain open. Minor short-term delays while the contractor is working in the roadway should be expected.
Property owners will be notified via a “door hanger” of anticipated interruptions in utility services and/or temporary drive access restrictions by the contractor as needed. If there are any underground facilities such as sprinkler systems or invisible dog fencing systems on the property, please contact D.B. Bentley, Inc. at 440-352-8495 to advise them.
