• Oxford police cite underage drinking, fake IDs and warrants (miamistudent.net) — Oxford police responded to 33 incidents in the last week of August, including several underage drinking cases involving fake IDs around High Street and multiple arrests on outstanding warrants. Officers also handled domestic disputes, a telecommunications fraud report, and several alcohol-related crashes and disorderly conduct calls. Residents, especially students, may notice increased enforcement around downtown and College Corner Pike.
