South Campus Quarter

South Campus Quarter provides off-campus student housing with the convenience of on-campus living. All six properties are situated across from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, near the new Health Sciences building, Goggin Ice Center, and The Rec. The properties include Campus Commons (4-bedroom duplexes), Campus Courts Apartments (1 and 2-bedroom), 308 S. Campus Avenue Apartments (1-bedroom), Bern Street Apartments (2-bedroom), 111 Bern Street (3-bedroom house), and 530 South Campus Avenue (4-bedroom house). South Campus Quarter is family-owned and has offered affordable student rentals for over 75 years.
