The Middleburg Heights Community Center is hosting three events for children and families looking for Easter cheer.

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OH - As the month of April rapidly approaches and Spring showers begin to fall in earnest, the Middleburg Heights Community Center has released a list of its upcoming events for children and families.

On April 8, the center will host an Aquatic Easter Egg Splash from 10 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. During the event, all registrants will receive a goodie bag. Resident registration costs $2, non-resident registration is $5. There are also "deep water" egg hunts for children 7-10 who are over 48 inches tall.

On April 15 there will be an outdoor Easter egg hunt. This free event is open to children eight and younger and is co-hosted by the Kiwanis Club at the City Baseball Fields. Children will be divided by age groups and there will be "special" eggs hidden around the field and finding one will win a child a prize. Children will also be able to take pictures with the Easter Bunny.
