• NACS Board OKs personnel (northwestsignal.net) — Napoleon Area City Schools just approved a long list of staffing moves, coaching assignments, and volunteers that will shape classrooms, sports, and activities this year. The board also backed new partnerships for College Credit Plus, DECA travel, a math camp at the elementary, and Title I services for Napoleon students attending Holy Cross Catholic School.
   

• PH rallies back from 9-point deficit to complete sweep (northwestsignal.net) — Napoleon's volleyball team nearly stole the third set at Patrick Henry, building a 20-11 lead before falling in a tight 25-23 finish to complete the sweep. The Lady Cats, now 6-9, got strong defensive play from Azhi Allen and will look to bounce back at home against Bowling Green in their next Northern Lakes League match.
   

• Holgate Council approves OPWC application, amendment to water contract (northwestsignal.net) — Holgate council approved joining a multi-community road funding application and updated its water project contract, decisions that may interest Napoleon-area residents who travel or work nearby. Members also granted a sewer-bill credit tied to a Culligan station after comparisons to how similar services are reportedly handled in Napoleon, and discussed speeding, tree removal, and upcoming meeting dates.
