• Bids Accepted for Main Street Lead Service Line Replacement (newconcord-oh.gov) — New Concord is seeking sealed bids by October 19 for a $197,500 Main Street project to replace lead water service lines at more than 40 locations, including interior connections. Contractors have four months to complete the work after the notice to proceed, and must meet Ohio prevailing wage, bonding, and EPA disadvantaged-business requirements.
