We are again pleased to announce that the insideARM sponsored by the Kaulkin Ginsberg Company has for the second year in a row, awarded Centralized Business Solutions Company (CBSC, Inc.) with the 2012 Best Places to Work in Collections award.

This year moving up the ranks from 14^th place to second, this award program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in the accounts receivable management (ARM) industry, benefiting the nation’s economy, its workforce and businesses. 

 Like last year, companies from across the U.S. entered the two-part survey to determine the Best Place to Work in Collections. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies.

Again, we are extremely proud of our achievement in being recognized for the last two years. We strive to bring our clients the best recovery rates with the best customer service. We value our staff and all of our clients that make this the “Best Place to Work in Collections”.  

More exciting news:  We have recently purchased a beautiful 7900 sqr. ft office building in Nth. Canton Ohio, we are very excited to know, we are committed long term in offering the best “CLIENT” service the industry has to offer.
