The Creative Ohio Gallery, home of the Ohio Arts & Crafts Guild (OACG), is pleased to announce that registration is now open for art classes offered at the gallery at 332 4th St., N.W., in the downtown Canton Arts District. Current offerings include classes for young children and a class specifically for women. Future offerings will include a wider range of courses for students of all ages and interests.
“We have had a presence in the Canton Arts District since 2008 and have had requests for arts education programming all along,” says Vicki Boatright, Director of the OACG. “We recently moved to our present location that offers more space and better accommodation for art classes, and the demand has grown. We are excited to be able to meet the needs and interests of the community.”

Kids Art Adventure!
A creative art experience for younger kids!
Participants will explore their creativity using a variety of art materials and media. Emphasis is on having fun with creativity!

“Ripping Out the Seams!”
A creative experience for women, exploring artistic expression as a means of releasing inner potential and breaking free of self-limiting beliefs.
Participants will explore their creativity using collage, assemblage, painting, and other techniques/media. Women of all levels of artistic experience are welcome. No formal training or artistic expertise required.
