Kenny Barr of Boy Scout Troop 1 sponsored by Zion United Church of Christ has earned his Eagle Scout honor. For his service project, Kenny renovated the basketball court, grounds, and painted a nearby bridge at Schneider Valley Park, a North Canton city park. He has earned 21 merit badges, fifth-year Pipestone, third-year Good Camper, second-year Polar Bear, and is a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow. Kenny is a senior at North Canton Hoover High School and the son of Mike King and Sandy Barr.
