Louisville Public Library to Offer FREE Computer Training for Adults

LOUISVILLE β In February, Louisville Public Library will hold two basic computer and Internet training classes specifically designed for adults with little or no technology experience. The training is free and part of Connect Ohioβs Every Citizen Online (ECO) program.

Training includes:

- 6-hours of coursework
- Computer basics (turning it on/off, using a mouse and cursor, opening programs)
- Introduction to the Internet (opening a browser, searching a topic)
- Overview of the many benefits of using the Internet (online shopping, accessing benefit information, such as Social Security, BMV, and healthcare, communicating with friends/family through e-mail and social media)

- Session I
- Monday, February 4th and Wednesday, February 6th 4:30pm β 7:30pm
- Session II
- Wednesday, February 20th and Friday, February 22nd 1:00pm β 4:00pm
