Maid Brigade and Canton Charge Team up to Send 50 Kids to the Court on February 28th

Canton, Ohio (February 13, 2013) The Canton Charge has created a School Day Program to help students from underprivileged schools in the Greater Canton area to attend a Canton Charge basketball game. Maid Brigade of Northeast Ohio has partnered with the Canton Charge and is making it possible for 50 local students to attend a special basketball game focused on educating children about healthy living and staying active at the Canton Memorial Civic Center on February 28 @ 11am.

β€œWhen we heard about the program the Canton Charge had developed we were excited to jump on board,” said Ray Toombs, co-owner of Maid Brigade of Northeast Ohio. β€œThere is a special excitement and camaraderie that comes from attending a sporting event, especially when supporting a local team like the Canton Charge.

The Canton Charge is offering local businesses the opportunity to sponsor underprivileged schools for the February 28th home game against the Idaho Stampede. Deserving schools have been selected and will receive the tickets prior to the game.
