The Canton Advertising Federation to Host ‘How to Use Guerilla Art Tactics to Share Your Vision with the World’ Luncheon

The Canton Advertising Federation (CAF) will host the luncheon “How to Use Guerilla Art Tactics to Share Your Vision with the World” — a program to inspire and teach anyone how to make memorable connections with the public.

Brands like Coca-Cola, Sharpie, Colgate, and UNICEF have launched successful campaigns using this style of art. The luncheon will be on Thursday, March 21, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Lucca Restaurant in Canton’s downtown arts district.

California artist and curator, Lori Gordon, will guest host the program, and she is the co-founder of “Infinite Exchange Gallery,” “Social Evolution Research Gang,” and “You Can Have it All,” art projects.

Lunch attendees will learn:

  • How to create public art projects that surprise and delight people.
  • What it means to make art when you don’t consider yourself an artist.
  • How to create art that goes beyond the usual goals.

Guests will be encouraged to create their own guerilla art project entitled “Make it Every day” and will receive a PDF E-book when the project is complete.
