Walsh University’s Office of Residence Life will sponsor its annual Fish Fry Benefit Dinner on Friday, February 15 from 4 to 7:30 pm in the Barrette Business and Community Center.
Fish Fry menu options will include a choice of fish or pasta, with a baked potato or French fries, a choice of apple sauce or coleslaw, and a dinner role. A meal “to go” option is also available. Included with the dinner is a drink. Dessert is extra. Ticket prices are $10 for an adult or $5 for a child. Dinners may also be purchased at the door. The event will include raffle prizes, including gift baskets and gift certificates.
All 2013 proceeds will benefit Connie Lechner a long-time employee of Walsh University. In February 2012, Connie was diagnosed with Stage Four Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. She has undergone a stem cell transplant and is currently receiving ongoing treatments of chemotherapy. All proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Connie and her family.
