Community leaders will be honored, and Chief David Oliver of the Brimfield Police Department will speak. The Chief will sign his book "No Mopes Allowed" available at the Hartville Kitchen beginning at 5:30 p.m.; the dinner will follow from 5:45-8 p.m.
