He is very down-to-earth/approachable and ready to share the secrets that you will find are not really secrets at all. Rather, it is a great work ethic, common sense, belief in your mission and the drive to continue despite the obstacles that will come. Notice: the obstacles that WILL come. While the road to success will have its speed bumps pot holes and detours, that is no reason to quit the journey and drop out of the race. Instead, as Velardo shares, that is all the more reason to believe in your dream and remember what motivated you in the first place--holding on to the plan and having the determination to never give up will be a lifeline to you on your route to your personal success: be it business, personal, or just life.
