Diebold Shareholders Elect New Board Members

Two men — one from Costa Rica and one from Georgia — were newly elected Diebold's board of directors April 25. 

After Roberto Artavia, chairman of the board, Viva Trust and Robert S. Prather, Jr., president and chief operating officer, Gray Television, Inc. were elected, the board re-elected the remaining current members, according to Market Watch. 

Following the elections, the company, which is headquartered in North Canton, declared a second-quarter cash dividend of 28.75 cents per share on all common shares.
