Basic Contracts Used in Oil and Gas Management
The public presentations are designed to provide education to members of the community. Presented by Michael R. Traven, a Roetzel & Andress associate and member of the firm’s Oil and Gas Industry Team. His practice focuses on commercial and business related transactions and litigation. Each event will provide a factual forum, with an opportunity for attendees to ask questions regarding the subject matter. Each event in the series will take place in Kent State Stark’s Main Hall Auditorium. This program examines oil and gas leases, pooling and utilization agreements, division orders, operating agreements and other contractual agreements used in the exploration, production and marketing of oil and gas.
