This free community support group will provide a group discussion and sharing on topics such as:
- How to deal with separation/deployment
- Skills to cope with change
- Building a support group
- Adapting to new family roles
There are six sessions of this group. Enrollees are encouraged to attend all sessions possible. One-on-one sessions also are available by appointment.
