Walsh University will host a conference discussing the 50th anniversary of Vatican II. Scholars representing the University of Notre Dame, Georgetown, Fordham, Villanova, Xavier, Catholic University, Harvard, the University of Toronto, Katholicke University of Leuven, the University of Melbourne and others will present papers on the following topics related to the Second Vatican Council.

- The Role of Women in the Church
- The Relationship Between the Roman Catholic Church and the World Today
- Catholic Higher Education Post-Vatican II

The full three-day conference costs $125, but there is a $15 Town-n-Gown Option, which is Saturday only. This option includes admission to all Saturday events at the conference plus lunch. The Saturday program will focus on interfaith dialogue post-Vatican II and will feature speakers representing a Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, and Islamic perspective.
