This event is a five-course meal that pairs Maize Valley wines with homegrown, local foods. Each course will be accompanied by a Maize Valley wine.
Winemaker Todd Vaughan will be on hand to explain the winemaking process as well as why and how he chose the food and wine pairings for the dinner.
Reservations and advance payments are required. The base cost for the meal and all corresponding wines is $40 per person including tax and gratuity. (Some months may be more depending on the menu).
