Hear ye, Hear ye! Great American Cookies® declares cookies for all of Canton, Ohio, on Tax Day, April
15, 2014! Through the “Incomes the Sweetness” promotion, the national gourmet
cookie shop will mark the culmination of tax season by providing a free Original
Chocolate Chip Cookie to customers who stop by the store location inside the Belden Village Mall at 4292 Belden Village Mall in Canton.* No purchase or
proof of completed taxes is necessary.

“Pardon the pun, but this time of year can be taxing,”
said David Kaiser, vice president, Great American Cookies. “We want to provide some
sweet relief to our customers and what better way to do it than with a
delicious and traditional chocolate chip cookie? While filing our taxes may not
be the greatest reason for a party, we do think it’s a great day for everyone
to come together and celebrate our country. We hope to see our customers, old
and new, on Tuesday, April 15th.”

The
company’s “Income the Sweetness” promotion marks the second year Great American
Cookies has offered a free treat on Tax Day. Last year, the promotion coincided
with the launch of the company’s Birthday Cake Cookie. This year, Great
American Cookies is going back to its roots by offering the great American
classic, the chocolate chip cookie.
