Graffiti Contest Puts Positive Touch on Local Nuisance

Zepps Pizza hosted the inaugural event to provide a public outlet for young area artists.

Zepps Pizza held its inaugural Graffiti Competition on Sunday, which offered a fun and legal outlet for local artists to promote their work.

Out of four entrants accepted into the competition, it was Chris Cook, of North Canton, who took home the $100 grand prize.

"TheΒ feedback was great and we are already discussing doing it again at other venues," said co-organizer andΒ Flynn MarketingΒ owner Alyson Flynn. Β

The public was invited as well, and snacked on pizza and refreshments as the artists put their works together.
