Joe Cartwright is a graduate of Malone University with a Bachelor’s of
Arts in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. “Mental preparation is the key to going from being a good athlete to a great athlete. If they can begin using imagery and preparation techniques at a younger age, it becomes second nature for them as they become older and develop into a well rounded athlete,” said Joe Cartwright, BA, CPT.
