Medicare Enrollment Company TruBridge, Inc. Announces Plan to Add 80 to 100 Jobs in North Canton
Job opportunities in North Canton created by company's growth, coupled with increasing demand for Medicare education and enrollment
Medicare enrollment company TruBridge, Inc., a nationwide leader in helping Medicare-eligible individuals understand their health plan options, announced that it will add between 80 and 100 jobs at its North Canton offices between now and October.
With the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) for Medicare set for Oct. 15 through Dec. 7, TruBridge plans to hire candidates to fill both seasonal and long-term positions.
The Medicare enrollment company will train and assist qualified entry-level applicants to become licensed health insurance agents. Current licensed agents are also invited to apply.

According to the National Council on Aging, more than 11,000 Americans become eligible for Medicare every day.
“We’re here to help people bridge the gap from learning their Medicare options to becoming enrolled in the plan that is right for them,” said Matt Tucker, TruBridge president. “We’re looking for professional, career-minded individuals who are willing to educate themselves about Medicare requirements and options, and then share that knowledge with customers.”

While many of the new jobs at TruBridge will be full-time, year-round positions, the company also has openings through its TruAgent program. TruAgents work for 12 weeks during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period and, in addition to their regular salary, can qualify to receive additional compensation that is paid throughout the calendar year.
“Through a combination of base pay and additional earned compensation, our TruAgents can work twelve weeks and receive a paycheck for twelve months,” said Tucker. “It’s an outstanding opportunity for retirees, financial professionals who work seasonally at tax time, and other individuals who require freedom and flexibility in their work schedule.”
