Mildred Rita Dahler, 86, of North Canton, passed away on Aug. 26.
Dahler was a proud 1945 graduate of Jackson High School, a member of the Bung Hole Gang where she was known as "Bubbles" and worked as a sales clerk before becoming a homemaker when her children were born, according to tributes.com.
She is survived by her sister, Alma (Donald) McPeek; children, Michael (Kathy) Dahler of Southampton, Mass., Susan (Russell) Hemli, Carol (Robert) Hammontree, and Patricia Cairns, all of North Canton; grandchildren, Lindsey Dahler, Jim Hammontree, Marissa Hammontree, Austin Cairns; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 28 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Reed Funeral Home North Canton Chapel.
Mass will be held on Thursday, Aug. 29 at 10 a.m. at St. Paul's Catholic Church in North Canton with Rev. Msgr James Clarke as Celebrant.
Interment will take place at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens.
