There’s rosemary, that’s for remembrance. Pray you, love, remember. And there is pansies, that’s for thoughts…. There’s fennel for you, and columbines.—There’s rue for you, and here’s some for me. We may call it “herb of grace” o’ Sundays.—Oh, you must wear your rue with a difference.—There’s a daisy. I would give you some violets, but they withered all when my father died.

Poor, insane Ophelia is one of Shakespeare’s most memorable characters, particularly her mad scene, when she is lamenting the murder of her father and talking about flowers and their meanings. In honor of her, our Shakespeare Week To Go craft is called Ophelia’s Flowers, and it’s for both Adults and Teens. We will provide a pot, book pages, and some other supplies and ideas for how you can make your own beautiful literary planter like the one above. Oh, we’re throwing in the seeds as well!
