Pool Passes Available for Sale Next Week

The city will begin selling its annual summer Dogwood Pool passes on weekdays beginning May 13 at the city hall buildings utilities desk on the second floor. 

Passes may be purchased from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Checks are accepted, but this year the city is accepting MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards. (A list of prices is attached to this post in the form of a .pdf.) 

Season pass holders will have exclusive access to the pool at 10:30 a.m. and the pool will open to the general public at 11 a.m.

Also exclusive to pass holders is a water aerobics class from 10:40 a.m. to 11 a.m.

This summer, the pool has a new sound system and wifi will be available. (Editor's note: I know where I'll be working.) 

The pool opens May 25, 26 and 27. It is closed May 28-31. It will reopen on June 1. The pool closes for the 2013 summer on Aug. 19. 

The pool is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily.
