The Workshop will cover stretches that open the hip flexors, get into the calves and yoga moves to strengthen the core. Very little vinyasa, a stretching class based on yoga technique.Β
Added bonus! Foam rolling techniques for myofascial release which improves blood circulation, cellular function, and helps lengthen short muscles tendons and ligaments. This workshop is a runnerβs dream!
