Help Meals on Wheels & Subaru of America SHARE THE LOVE this Holiday Season!

MASSILLON, OH – November 20, 2017 – For the 10th year in a row, Subaru of America has invited Meals on Wheels to participate in its annual Share the Love Event!

From November 16, 2017, through January 2, 2018, Subaru will donate $250 to a host of charities – including Meals on Wheels – for every new Subaru vehicle sold or leased, based on customer choice. The more the agency does to raise community awareness of this event, the more funding it will receive from Subaru of America – and that is why Meals on Wheels is asking for the community’s help!

If you drive a Subaru vehicle, Meals on Wheels would absolutely LOVE for you to take “Meals on Wheels” pictures while you are out and about! Pictures of you with your vehicle holding Meals on Wheels signs and pictures of your Subaru at local landmarks – or any combination of the two – are all encouraged. The agency wants to show Subaru of America the generosity and involvement of Stark and Wayne Counties, and the more people who come together to support Meals on Wheels and Subaru, the more funds can be earned for nutritionally at-risk neighbors.

Meals on Wheels greatly appreciates your help. For picture ideas, please see Meals on Wheels’ example below. If you would like a Meals on Wheels sticker for you to hold or place on your car, please contact us. You can also print Meals on Wheels’ logo from its website and use that for display as well.
