Ty McKinney Awarded Eagle Scout Rank

Ty McKinney of Boy Scout Troop 1 sponsored by Zion United Church of Christ has earned his Eagle Scout honor. For his service project, Ty added a sidewalk with handrail to the rear entrance to Peace Lutheran Evangelical Church in Canton South. He has earned 23 merit badges, fourth-year Pipestone, 4 year Polar Bear award, and is an Ordeal member of the Order of the Arrow. Ty is a graduate of Canton South High School and the son of Mike McKinney and Holly St.George.
