The full transfer list for Sept. 25–Oct. 1 shows which local parcels shifted to new owners or into trusts, helping residents track neighborhood turnover, investment activity, and potential new neighbors across Lucas and Wood counties.
   

2. Eggs & Issues: A data center discussion (toledofreepress.com) — A regional panel on data centers turned sharply local when an Oregon organizer described difficulty getting information about a potential hyperscale facility planned in the city, prompting pushback from economic development leaders. Speakers debated jobs, rising electric costs, NDAs, zoning, and environmental concerns, offering residents crucial context as Oregon weighs how to handle a transformative project and its long-term community impact.
   

3.
