• KJ's 5K Returns Oct. 3 for 10th Year at Portage Lakes (nordoniahills.news) — Residents near Portage Lakes can join KJ's 5K this Saturday, Oct. 3, at Portage Lakes State Park to remember loved ones lost to suicide and support local mental health services. The dog-friendly event raises money for Summit County's 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and local animal rescues, with check-in starting at 8 a.m. by the visitor center.
